8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data collected during website operation is retained for the time strictly necessary to perform specified activities.
Upon expiration, data will be deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required.
Data (IP address) used for website security (blocking damage attempts) is stored for 30 days.
Data for analytics (statistics) is stored in aggregate form for 24 months.
All Personal Data will be deleted at the expiration of the retention period.
9. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
All collected Data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, that may produce legal effects for the individual.

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Controller. Specifically, the User has the right to:

Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
